SEATTLE — After the Brudi Brothers played at The Sunset Tavern in December, a TikTok video of their performance went viral .

Beneath blue and orange lights, the Americana band — Johannes, 32; Conrad, 30; and George Brudi, 27 — debuted “Me More Cowboy Than You,” a retro-esque track poking fun at trendy cowboy culture and people who pose as working class. Following a calm whistling intro, slow guitar strums and a plodding bass, the siblings stirred soaring three-part harmonies. Playful lyrics evoked laughs and cheers from the crowd.

“The boys and girls are acting real strange, pretending they’re wielders and cowboys and such,” crooned Conrad, guitarist and co-vocalist. “Buying old work gear from the exchange, but you can tell their hands don’t do very much.”
