Drafted sixth overall by the St. Louis Rams in 1999 out of North Carolina State, Holt quickly became a cornerstone of the “Greatest Show on Turf” offense, contributing to their high-scoring dominance.

Over ten seasons with the Rams, he amassed seven Pro Bowl selections and helped secure a Super Bowl XXXIV victory in his rookie year, catching a touchdown in the championship game.

Holt led the NFL in receiving yards in 2000 (1,635) and 2003 (1,696), and in receptions in 2003 (117). He set records for six consecutive seasons with 1,300+ yards (2000-2005) and 90+ receptions (2002-2007), earning first-team All-Pro in 2003 and second-team in 2006.
