It was quite a scene Saturday morning at the Bristol Merchants Association State Street Arts Fair, where scores of people of all ages gathered in force in perfect late-summer weather conditions to peruse some pretty nifty arts and crafts, etc. It was a day filled with family-friendly fun and enough fine arts, crafts, foods and beverages, face painting, and other appealing items, to make anybody smile.

Past Bristol Merchants Association chairman Joe Caron, who now serves as committee treasurer, says this long-standing event continues to grow in popularity each and every year.
