Three people were found shot to death in a home in Watertown, Massachusetts, on Sunday morning, authorities say.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Watertown Police Chief Justin Hanrahan confirmed the ongoing investigation into the deaths of three people at a Boyd Street residence shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday.

They said Watertown police responded to the home on Boyd Street around 10 a.m. for a requested well-being check. When they arrived, officers found three residents dead inside from apparent gunshot wounds.
The district attorney's office said their preliminary investigation suggests that one of the victims, an elderly woman, lived on one floor of the unit and the two other victims, a male and a female,
