England's Matt Wallace delivered an emotional interview ahead of Team Europe's captain's picks for the Ryder Cup on Monday.

Wallace finished second at the European Masters, meaning he might miss out as one of Luke Donald 's selections for the 2025 edition of the Ryder Cup in September.

Team Europe are looking to defend their crown Stateside after brilliantly winning in 2023.

There are six players already confirmed in Rory McIlroy , Tyrrell Hatton, Robert MacIntyre, Tommy Fleetwood , Justin Rose and Rasmus Hojgaard.

There are still six spots available on the team.
