A Los Angeles Police Department patrol car on Sunday morning crashed through the window of a Bobo’s Hamburgers restaurant in South Gate after chasing a couple of burglary suspects.

Police said officers began following the pair near Santa Fe Avenue and Slauson Avenue around 7:15 a.m.

The suspects, who police said may have been armed, led officers on a pursuit in a gray sedan, according to KTLA .

During the chase, an officer crashed a patrol SUV into the restaurant, at the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and Santa Fe Avenue.
