The imminent departure of Elliott Winter as the Niagara County representative on the Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corp.’s board of directors is opening the door a possible return of former President/Chief Executive Officer Henry Wojtaszek.

“I am interested, and I have had some conversations about it,” Wojtaszek told The Daily News by telephone on Sunday night. “All I can say at this time is that I’m exploring it.”
