EAST ROCHESTER, Ohio (WKBN) -- Rick Edwards, 78, was last seen on U.S. 30 and Lippincott Road near East Rochester, around 7 p.m. Sunday, according to the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office.

According to a Facebook post, Edwards was seen wearing a black hat, blue jeans and a black shirt.
