Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller has Parkinson's disease, which prevents him from complying with a request to testify before a congressional committee this week, told the New York Times reported on Sunday.

The big picture: House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer subpoenaed Mueller as part of its Epstein investigation in regards to the 81-year-old's former role as FBI director.
