MANCHESTER, N.H. —
The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services has issued warnings for some lakes after active cyanobacteria were found.
Province Lake in Effingham and Wakefield, and Tucker Pond in Salisbury, are both under cyanobacteria warnings.
Province Lake's warning was issued Aug. 13, and Tucker Pond's was issued Aug. 29.

Warnings are issued when water samples at multiple locations exceed 70,000 cells per milliliter.
