A woman has revealed the devastating side effects she claims to have endured after taking weight-loss medication Mounjaro, resulting in repeated hospital admissions and persistent health problems.

Zari, who previously wore sizes 18 to 20, managed to lose four stone using the popular injections - but says the cost has been enormous. The content creator, who documented her ordeal on TikTok, revealed she's constantly "in and out" of hospital since stopping the medication.
