WCB of PEI reminds employers about importance of emergency planning
The Workers Compensation Board (WCB) of Prince Edward Island has issued a reminder to employers and workers regarding the importance of emergency planning as the Atlantic hurricane season reaches its midpoint.
“With climate-related events happening across Canada and the Atlantic hurricane season nearing its mid-point, the Workers Compensation Board (WCB) of PEI is reminding employers and workers that the best response to unpredictable weather is proper emergency planning,” the organization stated in a release.
