Week One of the FCS season is in the books and produced the usual results we have come to expect from the opening week.

Several near wins for FCS teams over FBS teams that either were overlooking them or hadn't prepared properly, Power Four teams hammering bad FCS teams to get an easy win and then a pair of FCS teams that were able to pick up wins.

For the top of the FCS, it was a mixed bag. North Dakota State overwhelmed a bad Citadel team. South Dakota State wore down an overhyped Sacramento State team. Montana State and South Dakota were dominated by quality Power Four teams. Those losses don't hurt you in my poll.

Wins over FBS teams get my attention, no matter how bad the FBS team is.
