The Mariners promoted catcher Harry Ford , the club's No. 4-ranked prospect and No. 40 overall according to MLB Pipeline, on the first day rosters were expanded on Monday.

In addition, Seattle selected right-hander Luke Jackson , recalled infielder Leo Rivas from Triple-A Tacoma, designated righty Sauryn Lao for assignment and released infielder Donovan Solano from the roster.

The Mariners 40-man roster remains full at 40 players and Seattle’s 28-man active roster is now at 27 players (28 including Victor Robles).
