A man is accused of setting his trailer on fire Sunday in Dayton, destroying nearby vehicles and trailers and threatening to kill multiple people, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies responded around 4:47 p.m. to a campsite near Cemetery Road, where a woman reported being attacked and threatened by a man who took her camp fuel.

As deputies responded, dispatchers reported a trailer fire. Witnesses said he poured fuel on his trailer before it caught fire, spreading to nearby trailers and vehicles.

He was later arrested at a Dayton business.

Albert Buher was booked into the Lyon County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder, multiple counts of arson, domestic battery, reckless endangerment, harassment and battery. Bail was set at $485,920.
