DICKINSON, N.D. — A 39-year-old man from here died Sunday, Aug. 31, when the ATV he was driving rolled.

At about 2:20 p.m., a 2007 Suzuki ATV was being driven on a private road near Fifth Avenue Southeast and G Street in Dickinson when the driver lost control and rolled. The driver sustained fatal injuries, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, which is investigating the crash.

The name of the driver was not immediately released. He was not wearing a helmet.
