The Los Angeles Sparks can't afford any stumbles, and they will take aim at improving their playoff aspirations when they visit the Seattle Storm on Monday night.
The Sparks (18-20) are two games behind the Indiana Fever for the eighth and final playoff spot with six games left. They also stand 2 1/2 games in back of the Golden State Valkyries and the Storm (22-19).
Los Angeles is 2-1 against Seattle this season and will possess the tiebreaker edge if it knocks off a Storm squad that has won five of its past six games.
