KINGSTREE, S.C. (WCSC) - The Williamsburg County School District says an investigation and repairs are both underway in response to a crash on school property.

District officials say a car lost control Monday morning and crashed onto the grounds of Kenneth Gardner Leadership Academy in Kingstree.

They say the crash caused “significant damage to the school property.”

Officials confirmed no students or staff were hurt during this as school was not in session. The school’s administration team is working with authorities to assess the damage so they can work together on any needed repairs.
