A 30-year-old man is accused of intentionally turning off a cell tower in Woodland Park, causing a "major service outage" in Teller County, Woodland Park police said in a social media post.
Christian Buhr entered a fenced property at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday and "intentionally turned off the power supply to the radio communications tower on the site," police said.
Officers booked him into the Teller County jail, where he was being held on $2,000 bond.
