ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Bennetts Valley celebrated its 71st annual Labor Day event, drawing hundreds of attendees to enjoy a parade, music, games, and food.
The longstanding tradition, which has been a staple in Elk County for over seven decades, continues to attract families from near and far.
"There are a lot of people that come back to this event every year," Michael Mirtich, President of the Bennetts Valley Labor Day Celebration said.
This year marked the introduction of a large bouncy house area for children, adding a new attraction to the festivities.
Organizers are already planning to expand the event with even bigger attractions for next year, aiming to enhance the experience for all attendees.
