BAKER COUNTY, Fla. — A Baker County family is grieving the loss of 31-year-old Tiffany Carter, who died in a car crash on U.S. 90 in Sanderson last month.

Tiffany’s family says she was more than just a mother—she was the glue that held them together.

Her 12-year-old daughter, Breelynn, was in the car at the time. She survived but is recovering from serious injuries. She recalls the crash and emergency response vividly.
