LULAC's former national president, Domingo Garcia, eyes run for Congress to represent North Texas

Domingo Garcia and other Democrats are fighting back in court to prevent the new Congressional maps that Gov. Greg Abbott signed into law from being implemented. If judges keep the new maps in place, Garcia says he may run in the newly approved 33rd Congressional District.
