ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - Two people are seriously injured after the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office said a vehicle going over 100 miles per hour crashed between two horse trailers.
Deputies said they responded alongside South Metro Fire Rescue and Colorado State Patrol around 2 p.m. Monday for a crash with injuries on South Parker Road, just north of South Chambers Road.
Upon arrival, deputies said witnesses reported a BMW heading south on Parker Road at over 100 miles per hour.
According to deputies, the driver appeared to lose control, run through a fence and land upside down between two horse trailers.
The sheriff’s office said both the driver and passenger were seriously injured and taken to a hospital.
Colorado State Patrol is investigating the crash.
