SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A few showers and storms will be possible across the region this evening but most of these should quickly dissipate by sunset. Later tonight, a few additional showers could develop thanks to a weak disturbance passing through. Overnight lows will fall into the 60s and low 70s.
Tuesday will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine with just a slight chance of a shower or storm throughout the day. Temperatures will remain slightly below average for early September with highs generally in the mid to upper 80s.
From Wednesday through Friday, we’ll see a warming trend along with more sunshine. Temperatures will return to the mid 90s for the second half of the week but humidity will stay on the lower side.
