Minivan crashes into Harrisburg Kipona festival crowd, sending at least 3 to hospital

A woman is in police custody after driving past a barricade and into the crowd at Kipona Festival Monday evening in Harrisburg.

The woman, driving a red minivan, was initially stopped off State and Front streets outside of the festival, witnesses told PennLive. However, she drove through the barricade and toward the crowd.
