MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A Monroe favorite known for its Irish pub roots is now serving something new and a little cozier.

Enoch’s has opened a café, offering coffeehouse classics like lattes and cappuccinos, along with a relaxed space for the community to gather.

Originally founded as “Enoch’s A Café” in 1980 by Enoch Doyle Jr., the establishment has evolved through multiple locations and iterations — from Shreveport to Sixth Street. The latest version brings the name full circle.

“Just more of a chill spot,” said the owner. “We had the nightlife, but I wanted to expand the pub without changing what it is[...} what we’re not over there. We are over here”
