Multiple agencies responded to a scene at a park in Liberty City Monday. According to Gregg County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Craig Harrington, the agency was present at an “active crime scene” at Hugh Camp Memorial Park in Liberty City. He was not yet able to elaborate on what the crime scene was.
