“I See You” is one of those movies best experienced firsthand. Its surprises and turns are so integral to the story that describing the plot comes dangerously close to spoilers. Still, it’s a dark, thrilling, and cleverly twisty thriller, perfect for sparking discussion.

Now that it’s been added to Prime Video (as of September 1), I feel the need to have my own conversation about it, because this psychological thriller is something special.

"I See You" first premiered at the SXSW Film Festival back in 2019 before getting a theatrical release a few months later. Sadly, it was one of the lowest-grossing releases of the year, and since then has become somewhat overlooked in the thriller genre despite its strong Rotten Tomatoes score.
