BLACK ROCK CITY, Nevada — Investigators are hoping the public can provide leads as they search for answers in the murder of a man at the Burning Man festival, including the identity of the victim.
The Pershing County Sheriff’s Office says it’s believed the murder occurred between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday. They say the victim is between the ages of 35 and 40, about 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with short brown hair and facial hair.
“We are also currently seeking information regarding any suspect identifiers for any person who would commit such a heinous crime against another human being,” Sheriff Jerry Allen says in a statement. “At this time, no information is too small to disregard.”
