SAN DIEGO (AP) — Padres reliever Jason Adam ruptured a tendon in his left quadriceps and was carted off the field Monday, a major blow to San Diego's dominant bullpen. Adam was injured in the seventh inning of a 4-3 loss to the Baltimore Orioles.
