SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Two Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies were injured and taken to the hospital after a hit-and-run crash in South Los Angeles.
AIR7 video shows their deputy patrol cruiser crashed into the base of a utility tower at 98th Street and Vermont Avenue after colliding with an older sedan.
The driver of the older sedan reportedly took off on foot.
The deputies were transported to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center to be checked out. Officials said the deputies' injuries are non-life-threatening.
AIR7 video captured several law enforcement vehicles parked near the ambulance bay.
