DOVER — The city's planning staff has drafted proposed amendments to Dover's zoning code "to reflect changes in the community and in land use regulations."

The amendments range from easing solar panel requirements, to changing language on accessory dwelling units, to regulations on building near an official burial ground.

The potential zonging changes will be discussed at a Dover Planning Board public hearing at 7 p.m. Sept. 9 in council chambers at City Hall.
