But the preseason is a time for anticipation and speculation. So, we ask you: Who do you think will be the top boys cross country runner this fall?

Cape Henlopen's Jason Baker will strive to become the first back-to-back Division I champion since Salesianum's Ryan Banko in 2021. Tatnall's Gavin Leffler, a member of the school's national champion 4xmile team, placed the highest among returners at last year's state meet in Division II.
