Despite CD Projekt RED claiming that it was done with development on Cyberpunk 2077 back in 2024, it seems as though that could not have been further from the truth.

Thanks to the Polish studio teaming up with Virtuos, frequent major updates have regularly been released over the past year and a recent announcement could reveal that another is on the way.

Since it was first released back in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has gone from a glitchy disaster to one of the best RPGs of all time and it is thanks to CD Projekt RED’s tireless work.

By regularly releasing updates, patches and brand-new content, the game has gone from strength to strength and it seems though there is still plenty more to come.

However, this recent update offers a slightly more cryptic announcement.
