HOWLAND, Ohio (WKBN)- The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library is opening a new branch.

The ribbon will be cut at Noon on the new branch at the Eastwood Mall.

There will be activities happening throughout the day to celebrate the opening.

The new Eastwood Mall Library is located near the JCPenney entrance.
