P!nk shared over the weekend that she took a holiday recently and got hit with a nasty bug that almost derailed her plans. “When you go on vacation and have food and E coli decides to move into your gut you kill it with friends and red wine. and a vitamin IV concoction,” she wrote on Instagram in a post that accompanied a picture of P!nk relaxing on a couch sipping wine while hooked up to a drip bag filled with fluids.
