Penn State is likely to move to No. 2 behind the Buckeyes in the rankings following a 46-11 win over Nevada, while No. 7 Oregon could move into the top five after a win over Montana State. Illinois has a chance to move up after a win over Western Illinois, as does Michigan after Bryce Underwood led the Wolverines to a win over New Mexico.
