DYERSVILLE, Iowa — Organizers in Dyersville are looking back on what they are calling a successful weekend at the Field of Dreams, where concerts by Tim McGraw and Nickelback attracted more than 33,000 people.
John Sutter, Vice President of Field of Dreams Operations, expressed satisfaction with the outcome.
"Considering we're using two-lane roads to get in and out of here, we thought things went really well. The crowds were really well behaved. The weather was perfect. Everyone had a great time," Sutter said.
The event took two years of planning, involving collaboration with city officials and first responders to ensure safety and smooth operations.
Organizers are working on improvements to parking to enhance future events at the site.
