$1.3 million lottery ticket sold in Sherman Oaks, but Powerball jackpot is still up for grabs

A Powerball ticket worth more than $1 million was sold in Sherman Oaks ahead of Monday's drawing, but that jackpot just keeps growing. It's now estimated to be worth $1.3 billion for Wednesday's drawing. Amanda Starrantino reports.
