Netflix US will stream the hit Starz series Spartacus in its entirety starting later in September 2025 in the United States. We’ve got confirmation today that the series is returning to the service after a five-year absence.

Created by Steven S. DeKnight and Sam Raimi, the hit historical drama series ran on Starz for 39 episodes in total between 2010 and 2013. The series loosely follows the story of the historical Thracian gladiator who led a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic. Over the course of its four seasons, the show evolves from a personal story of vengeance to a full-scale war.

The series featured the talents of Andy Whitfield, John Hannah, Manu Bennett, Erin Cummings, Lucy Lawless, and Peter Mensah.
