With Warner Bros. revealing that its Batman franchise is one of the ones it would be prioritising from now on, it would seem as though development is ramping up for its untitled AAA console game.

According to reports, Rocksteady Studios is aiming to move on from the disaster that was Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League by turning its attention to one of the franchises which made the studio a household name:

The Batman: Arkham trilogy.

With the studio reportedly working on a single-player Batman game which may or may not be a reboot or at least a continuation of the Batman: Arkham series, a recent announcement shows that development is well underway.
