They are: Americans without a college degree. But that might not be the case anymore.
A clear majority of that bloc (56%) told Gallup in June that they disapproved of Trump’s job performance, compared to 41% who said they approved.
In July, that margin moved slightly, with 55% saying they disapproved, compared to 38% who said they approved, according to a Newsweek analysis of polling trends .
By August, the 47th president rebounded slightly, with 45% of those same respondents saying they disapproved of his job performance, compared to 49% who approved.
