A Bridge of Allan church is set to receive a hefty grant of over £36,000 to carry out urgent repairs on its damaged roof and floors. ‌

The roof of the Bridge of Allan Parish Church Hall is in dire need of replacement as it's currently letting in water. ‌

In addition, the plasterwork is becoming damp, masonry is beginning to shift and the floors are starting to bow due to the humidity, sparking safety concerns. ‌

The Chalmers Hall at the church is the venue for 75 per cent of the church services, as well as most of the community support that is hosted and run at this church.
