SARATOGA SPRINGS — Several public hearings and accompanying votes are anticipated to take place at Tuesday night's Saratoga Springs City Council meeting at City Hall.

Proposals up for vote include a long-range plan for capital improvements that extends to 2031. The plan specifically calls for $2.6 million to be spent in 2026 on approximately one dozen different bonded projects, with an additional $1.15 million for water and sewer projects.
