An updated 1911 Craftsman house overlooking Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge in Southeast Portland sold for its asking price of $1,195,000 after just 16 days on the market.

The corner-lot property on Southeast Sellwood Boulevard was listed Aug. 13, with the sale closing Aug. 29

In between, the two-story classic Craftsman house was the most viewed Portland area home for sale on the real estate marketplace Redfin among the metro’s 3,613 homes for sale .
