Former pastor pleads to multiple charges, including sexual abuse of a minor

GREENE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A man facing multiple charges of sexual abuse involving a minor in Greene County has now pleaded guilty.

Rodney Locklear, the former pastor of the now-defunct Victory Church in Ruckersville, pleaded guilty to 12 charges in court on Tuesday.
