Tish Cryus encourages her daughters to stay in unhealthy relationships for completely superficial reasons.

“Mom’s always wanted me to stay with the wrong guy ’cause they’re hot,” Miley Cyrus, who was previously married to Liam Hemsworth , told The Cut on Tuesday in an interview alongside Tish and her sisters: Brandi Cyrus, 38, and Noah Cyrus, 25.

But according to the Cyrus matriarch, who married Dominic Purcell after divorcing the girls’ father, Billie Ray Cyrus , “That was great advice because after so many years, you’re kind of over it.”

When Miley asked her mom to elaborate, the 58-year-old argued that if you’re with an attractive partner but outgrow the relationship then “at least you get to look at somebody that’s frigging hot!”
