GRAFTON, N.D. — A man from St. Thomas, North Dakota, sustained serious injuries in a rollover crash Tuesday morning, a press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol said.
At approximately 7:49 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2, the 69 year-old male was traveling in a Kenworth Cement Truck eastbound on North Dakota Highway 17 in Walsh County. At mile marker 140, about 12 miles east of Grafton, the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, entered the south ditch and rolled, the release said. Road conditions were labeled as good and weather conditions were clear. The driver sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
