Cory Ng is one of the famous faces behind Chinatown, New York City's favorite foods. The 37-year-old restaurateur and chef – the mastermind behind downtown NYC's Potluck Club and its sister restaurant, Phoenix Palace – is a true force in serving up creative Cantonese-American fusion cuisine, and he let us follow him along to get a closer look at his day-to-day, from the kitchen to courtside, and beyond.
