HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Charges were announced for the woman accused of driving a vehicle into a crowd at a festival in Pennsylvania on Monday evening, injuring three people.

Elizabeth Ann Bohrer, 37, of York Haven, Pennsylvania, is facing charges including three counts of aggravated assault by vehicle and aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI.

The Kipona Festival, an annual festival held in Harrisburg, had ended just before the incident. Police officers were in the process of clearing the area shortly after 6 p.m. when a woman driving a red minivan maneuvered around barricades and parked cars and through a crowd on South Front Street, said Captain Atah Akakpo-Martin, of the Harrisburg Bureau of Police.
